Bettinardi Golf is committed to providing the highest quality equipment; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Custom-built putters and personalized accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all headcovers, certificates of authenticity, and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return for quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
